- 2 tablespoons lime juice (Lemon juice serves as a good substitute)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (Adjust to preferred heat level)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Start by cooking the corn until tender, about 5 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
- While the corn is cooling, chop the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion, enjoying the fresh scents as they mingle.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and feta cheese.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, gently tossing to coat all ingredients.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, if using, and refrigerate for about an hour before serving to meld the flavors.
