- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 medium Zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 cups Steamed White Rice
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and chili flakes, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce and brown sugar, mixing well to combine.
- Add the broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet, tossing to coat.
- Continue to cook until the vegetables are tender but still crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Serve the stir-fry over the steamed white rice and enjoy.
Notes
High heat is essential for a proper sear on the beef. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.
