Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
- Add minced ginger and garlic, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook ground turkey for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce and vegetables, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Best eaten fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven with a splash of water.
