Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring ground turkey, vibrant vegetables, and served over rice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Add minced ginger and garlic, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Cook ground turkey for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and vegetables, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Best eaten fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven with a splash of water.
