Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Cut sweet potatoes into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  3. 3. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil in a large bowl until well coated.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Toss to combine.
