Description

A refreshing Mango Slaw that brightens up any meal with its crisp texture and tangy sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
