- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4–6 low-carb tortillas
- Optional toppings: sliced fresh tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced avocado, chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through (5-7 minutes).
- 2. Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- 5. Add mozzarella cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- 6. Warm low-carb tortillas.
- 7. Spoon chicken mixture into tortillas.
- 8. Add optional toppings.
- 9. Fold and roll up tightly.
Notes
Store leftover chicken filling separately in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat filling in a skillet over medium-low heat or in the microwave. Warm fresh tortillas before serving.
