Description

A quick and easy one-pan skillet meal featuring ground beef and elbow macaroni cooked in a creamy, savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and stir to combine.
  4. Stir in the elbow macaroni, beef broth, and milk.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and combined.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
