- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and stir to combine.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni, beef broth, and milk.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and combined.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
