Description

A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring ground turkey, mixed vegetables, and a glossy teriyaki glaze, perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
  • Green onions (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Add mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce coats everything nicely.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheats well in a skillet.
