- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
- Green onions (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce coats everything nicely.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheats well in a skillet.
