- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- For the Avocado Topping:
- 2 ripe Hass avocados
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (from about 1 lime)
- 1 small jalapeño, finely minced (seeds removed for less heat, optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of black pepper

- 1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken dry. Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub all over chicken. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- 2. Preheat the Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (400-450°F). Clean and oil grates.
- 3. Grill the Chicken: Place chicken on hot grill. Cook 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
