Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix tahini, honey, olive oil, and cumin until well combined.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture until well coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and tender, turning halfway through for even cooking.

Notes

Aim for uniform cauliflower florets for even cooking. If using store-bought tahini, stir well before use.
