Instructions

- Mix tahini, honey, olive oil, and cumin until well combined.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and tender, turning halfway through for even cooking.
