  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Wash and scrub potatoes. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3-4 wedges.
  3. 3. Toss wedges with olive oil in a large bowl.
