  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 teaspoons sriracha or other hot sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional garnishes: fresh cilantro, sliced green onions, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Whisk together the sauce: Combine honey, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and smoked paprika.
  3. 3. Marinate chicken (optional): Place chicken in a bag or dish, pour half the sauce over, and marinate for 30 mins to 2 hours.
