Ingredients

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
