Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a cheddar-jack blend)
- 1 (16-ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough (8–10 count)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- 1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off excess grease thoroughly.
- 2. Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika (if using). Cook for 2-3 minutes.

- 5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 6. Separate or cut biscuit dough into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion slightly.
- 7. Place 1-2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- 8. Bring biscuit edges up and pinch firmly to seal, forming a ball.
- 9. Place bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- 10. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
- 11. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 12. Let cool slightly before serving.
