A simple and flavorful Baked Caesar Chicken recipe with a crispy panko parmesan topping. Easy enough for weeknights!
Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- 2. Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or bag. Pour 3/4 cup Caesar dressing over chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. Place in baking dish.
- 5. Sprinkle panko mixture evenly over chicken and press gently.
- 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and topping is golden.
- 7. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store cooled cooked chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently in oven, microwave on low power, or skillet.
