Description

Tender salmon fillets topped with creamy Boursin cheese and golden breadcrumbs, baked to perfection in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each), skin removed
  • 5.2 ounces Boursin cheese with garlic and herbs, softened
  • 2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  3. 3. Drizzle lemon juice over salmon fillets.
  4. 4. Mix softened Boursin cheese with olive oil until smooth and spreadable.
  5. 5. Divide Boursin mixture evenly over salmon fillets, spreading gently.
  6. 6. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the cheese, pressing lightly to adhere.
  7. 7. Arrange lemon slices around salmon on baking sheet.
  8. 8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F internal temperature.
