- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each), skin removed
- 5.2 ounces Boursin cheese with garlic and herbs, softened
- 2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- 3. Drizzle lemon juice over salmon fillets.
- 4. Mix softened Boursin cheese with olive oil until smooth and spreadable.
- 5. Divide Boursin mixture evenly over salmon fillets, spreading gently.
- 6. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the cheese, pressing lightly to adhere.
- 7. Arrange lemon slices around salmon on baking sheet.
- 8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F internal temperature.
- 9. Let rest 2-3 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh dill.

Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in 325°F oven.
