Instructions
- 1. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes (about 1/8-inch thick).
- 2. Place slices in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding. Cook in batches if needed.
- 5. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
