- 8 ounces rotini or penne pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup salami, sliced
- 1 cup pepperoni, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, olives, salami, pepperoni, mozzarella, and red onion.
- Drizzle with Italian vinaigrette and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
