  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Optional: 1/4 cup crushed pork rinds for topping

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. 2. Blanch fresh broccoli for 2-3 minutes or thaw and drain frozen broccoli thoroughly.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, whisk together softened cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth over medium heat until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Remove from heat, stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. 6. Gently toss cooked chicken and broccoli with the cheese sauce.
