- 15 oz Ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish.
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef with ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well-blended.
- Carefully stuff each cooked pasta shell with the beef and ricotta mixture.
