A quick and creamy turkey stroganoff that comes together in one skillet, perfect for a satisfying family dinner.

- 1 lb turkey breast, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Egg noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add turkey and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender, 4-5 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly add chicken broth, stirring continuously, and let simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and mix in sour cream until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Best eaten fresh the same day. If storing, the sauce may thicken, adding a splash of broth for consistency when reheating.
