Description

Quick and flavorful turkey burgers enhanced with chili paste and fish sauce, perfect for weeknight meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 12 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Lettuce leaves for wraps
  • Paleo hamburger buns (optional)
  • 1 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup sriracha mayo (or mayonnaise mixed with sriracha)
  • Lime for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili paste, fish sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and form into burger patties.
  2. Grill the patties over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  3. For the slaw, thinly slice cabbage and carrots, mix in a bowl with a splash of lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix mayonnaise with sriracha to make sriracha mayo.
  5. Serve the turkey burgers in lettuce wraps or on paleo hamburger buns, topped with slaw and sriracha mayo.

Notes

For best results, eat fresh as patties may dry out overnight. If you have leftovers, reheat gently.
