Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add sliced sausage, onion, garlic, and green bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the red beans and Cajun seasoning; cook until aromatic.
