- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the diced chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the pasta and broccoli florets, then pour in enough water or broth to cover everything.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
