Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh ricotta (about 475g)
  • Zest from half a lemon
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 to 2 tsp fresh minced rosemary
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add ricotta, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Spread the whipped ricotta in a shallow bowl and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes until combined.
  4. Drizzle the honey mixture over the ricotta, top with walnuts and minced rosemary.
  5. Serve with crackers or crostini and enjoy.

Notes

For creaminess, use whole milk ricotta. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
