- Stir in chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
- Cover the mixture and set in the fridge overnight to let the chia seeds soak up those delectable flavors.
- When you’re ready to eat, stir again to recombine everything, top with almond milk whipped cream if desired, and enjoy!
