Description

A delightful chocolate-coffee dessert that is healthy and satisfying, packed with omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and fiber.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 packet instant coffee (0.09 oz)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the instant coffee in 1/4 cup of hot water. Stir well to ensure all granules are melted.
  2. Add almond milk to the coffee mixture, giving it a gentle mix to combine flavors.
  3. Stir in chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Cover the mixture and set in the fridge overnight to let the chia seeds soak up those delectable flavors.
  5. When you’re ready to eat, stir again to recombine everything, top with almond milk whipped cream if desired, and enjoy!
