Description

A quick and flavorful salmon dish that mimics the taste of Texas Roadhouse, perfect for busy evenings or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and dill. Pour half over the salmon and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook salmon on the grill or in the oven for 12-15 minutes until flaky and golden, brushing on remaining marinade in the last few minutes.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan and let the salmon rest after cooking for optimal juiciness.
