Description

A delightful blend of salty pretzel pieces, sweet white chocolate, and colorful M&M’s in a festive cookie that’s both crispy and chewy.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pretzel pieces
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1 cup M&M’s
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the pretzel pieces, crushed potato chips, M&M’s, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spaced apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and chill the dough for 30 minutes to prevent spreading.
