Description

A rich and creamy layered dessert featuring fresh strawberries and bananas, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Whisk in French Vanilla pudding and milk until creamy and well blended.
  3. Layer half of the vanilla wafers at the bottom of a large serving dish to form an even base.
  4. Top with half of the sliced bananas and strawberries.
  5. Pour half of the pudding mixture evenly over the fruit.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining wafers, fruit, and pudding mixture.
  7. Spread whipped topping over the final layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight before serving.

Notes

Allowing your pudding to rest helps the flavors meld together beautifully. For extra crunch, toast your wafers lightly before layering.
