Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet with the mushroom and garlic mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
