- 2/3 cup cottage cheese
- Hot honey (to taste)
- Everything bagel seasoning (to taste)
- 1 cup arugula greens
- 2 to 3 ounces smoked salmon
- Quick pickled onions (for topping)
Instructions
- Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown and crispy.
- Spread 1/3 cup of cottage cheese on each toast slice.
- Drizzle hot honey over the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top.
- Add a generous pile of arugula.
- Place the smoked salmon on top.
- Finish with quick pickled onions and additional everything seasoning if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, toast the everything bagel seasoning before using. You can swap arugula for spinach if preferred.
