Description

A delightful and nutritious blend of smoked salmon, creamy cottage cheese, and fresh arugula on toasted sourdough.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2/3 cup cottage cheese
  • Hot honey (to taste)
  • Everything bagel seasoning (to taste)
  • 1 cup arugula greens
  • 2 to 3 ounces smoked salmon
  • Quick pickled onions (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Spread 1/3 cup of cottage cheese on each toast slice.
  3. Drizzle hot honey over the cottage cheese.
  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top.
  5. Add a generous pile of arugula.
  6. Place the smoked salmon on top.
  7. Finish with quick pickled onions and additional everything seasoning if desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, toast the everything bagel seasoning before using. You can swap arugula for spinach if preferred.
