Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.

  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and pour in any remaining marinade. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once done, shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks, mixing it with the juices for flavor.
