Description

Delicious and easy-to-make air fryer chicken wraps that are perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach or mixed greens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite sauce (e.g., ranch, BBQ, or hot sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your choice of sauce. Toss everything together until the chicken is generously coated.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat and fill them with the saucy chicken mixture, spinach, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down in your air fryer basket with space for circulation.
  6. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the basket, cool for a minute, and slice in half to enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat from frozen in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes.
