- 6 crispy chicken tenders, cooked according to package directions
- 6 flour tortillas
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into slices
- 1 package frozen corn, thawed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to package directions and bake the chicken strips until crispy.
- In a small mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, milk, salsa, taco seasoning, and cumin. Mix well and set aside as your dressing.
- Heat oil in a small skillet, add the thawed corn, and sauté until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and cut into strips.
- Assemble each wrap by adding dressing to the lower half of each tortilla, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn, and chicken strips. Drizzle more dressing on top.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, cut in half, and serve with extra dressing for dipping.
