A quick and delicious pan-seared salmon dish topped with a rich lemon garlic butter sauce, packed with heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients

- 28 ounces skinless salmon fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped or minced
- 4 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Pat dry room temperature salmon fillets with a paper towel.
- Season all over with salt and pepper.
- Squeeze 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice over each filet and rub in.
- Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon fillets flesh-side down and press lightly.
- Sear undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Flip and sear the other side for 2 minutes.
- Add butter, chopped garlic, remaining lemon juice, and lemon slices.
- Stir to ensure salmon soaks up flavor and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with remaining parsley and drizzle butter over each filet. Serve immediately.

Serve with a light salad or creamy mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
