- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel the Yukon Gold potatoes and dice them into 1-inch cubes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well blended.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the diced potatoes and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Let them rest briefly after roasting for the crispiest results. Don’t overcrowd the pan to avoid sogginess.
