Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

- Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix until blended.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture, then stir gently.
- Add flour and stir until just combined; a few lumps are fine.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
