- 2 medium onions
- 7 ounces Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and slice the onions thinly.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the baking sheet.
- Place the sliced onions on top of the Parmesan, ensuring they’re spread out.
- Brush the olive oil over the onions.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper over the onions.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is golden.
- Let the chips cool for 10 minutes.
- Break or slice apart and serve.
Notes
