- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes, until tender.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat thoroughly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve over rice or quinoa, if desired.
Notes
For extra crunch, add chopped cashews or peanuts before serving. Adjust the sriracha to control the spice level.
