- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Season the salmon pieces generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the salmon bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the honey garlic glaze over the salmon and let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra depth of flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for about 30 minutes before cooking.
