Description

Delicious bite-sized salmon pieces glazed with a sweet and tangy honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  4. Season the salmon pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the salmon bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the salmon and let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra depth of flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for about 30 minutes before cooking.
