Description

A mouthwatering Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon that combines sweet and savory flavors, perfect for a weeknight dinner or special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (6 oz each) salmon filets
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp blackening seasoning (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and blackening seasoning (if using).
  2. Adjust the oven rack to the middle position and preheat your broiler.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and olive oil together.
  4. Add minced garlic, water, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and lemon juice; cook for 30 seconds until heated.
  5. Add the salmon filets skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes while basting with the sauce.
  6. Broil for 5-6 minutes, basting once, until the salmon is caramelized and cooked to your desired doneness.
  7. Garnish with minced parsley if desired for a pop of color and freshness.

Notes

Ensure the salmon is well-seasoned and watch closely while broiling to prevent overcooking.
