Description

A versatile and healthy sauce packed with zingy lemon and fresh dill, perfect for elevating grilled dishes and salads.


Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp minced shallots
  • 1 Tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients with a sturdy whisk or spoon until fully mixed.
  2. Adjust the taste with more mayo or yogurt if desired.
  3. Allow the sauce to sit for at least 15 minutes in the fridge before serving.

Notes

For extra creaminess, consider using aioli instead of mayo. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
