- 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce
- 4 large pitas (whole wheat optional)
- 2 medium-large tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium-large English cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the shawarma marinated chicken according to the package instructions, usually sautéing in a hot skillet for about 5–7 minutes until fully cooked. Squeeze lemon juice at the end for added flavor.
- While the chicken cooks, dice the tomatoes and slice the cucumber for that fresh crunch.
- Take a warm pita and fill it with the cooked chicken, tzatziki sauce, diced tomatoes, and cucumber. Pack it generously.
- Serve warm, with extra tzatziki on the side if desired.
