- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
- Sauté the onions until they become translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Pour in the beaten eggs, gently stirring them to scramble.
- When the eggs start to set but are still slightly runny, stir in the chopped tomatoes and feta cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper, and continue to cook until the cheese starts to melt and the eggs are fully cooked but creamy.
