Description

Quick and fluffy scrambled eggs with creamy feta and fresh tomatoes, perfect for a busy morning.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
  2. Sauté the onions until they become translucent, about 3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the beaten eggs, gently stirring them to scramble.
  4. When the eggs start to set but are still slightly runny, stir in the chopped tomatoes and feta cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and continue to cook until the cheese starts to melt and the eggs are fully cooked but creamy.

Notes
