Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb salmon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic

- Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and place it skin side down on the prepared baking sheet.

- In another bowl, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic. Pour over the breadcrumb mixture and combine well.
- Sprinkle the black pepper evenly over the salmon.

- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees F.
- Serve immediately with vegetable sides.
Notes
For an extra crispy topping, use Panko breadcrumbs instead of plain breadcrumbs. Let the butter cool slightly before adding garlic to maintain its rich flavor.
