Description

A comforting blend of ground chicken, nutty parmesan, and garlic, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, onion, egg, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  4. Brush the top with ketchup and drizzle olive oil over it.
  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best flavor, sauté onions in olive oil before mixing. Top with mozzarella in the last 10 minutes for a cheesy finish.
