These delightful Frosted Christmas Brownies combine a rich fudgy base with colorful, creamy frosting, perfect for holiday gatherings.

- 2 boxes of brownie mix (or a double batch of your favorite homemade recipe)
- 1–3 jars of white frosting
- Red and green edible gel food coloring
- Edible gold stars
- White pearl sprinkles
- Icing bags
- A large star tip (1M) for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie box instructions. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray for easy release.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mixes. Pour the rich, chocolatey batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake following the packaging instructions or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool slightly before removing them from the pan and placing them on a cutting board. Once cooled, cut the brownies into 8 triangles.
- Mix a bit of white frosting with red food coloring to create red frosting and another with green food coloring for green frosting.
- Place the colored frostings into icing bags, ready for decoration.
- Pipe holiday designs on your brownies using green frosting and sprinkle with white pearls. Use red and white frosting to create Santa Claus hats on some brownies.
- Serve and enjoy your festive brownies!
Notes
For extra fudginess, underbake the brownies slightly. Consider adding a touch of peppermint extract for a refreshing twist.
