Tender salmon pieces glazed with sweet and spicy hot honey sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining.

- 2 pounds salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into 1½-inch pieces
- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic, and ginger.
- 4. Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- 5. Sear salmon pieces 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- 6. Pour honey mixture over salmon, coating evenly.
- 7. Transfer to oven and bake 5-7 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- 8. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 3 days. Reheat gently in 300°F oven.
