Description

Delightfully creamy blue truffles infused with blue curacao and coated in sanding sugar, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 cup Sanding Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until simmering; avoid boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the blue curacao until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 120 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to form small balls.
  6. Roll each truffle in sanding sugar to coat.
  7. Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week; freeze for up to three months separated by parchment paper.
