- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Blue Curacao
- 1/2 cup Sanding Sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until simmering; avoid boiling.
- Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the blue curacao until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 120 minutes, or until firm.
- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to form small balls.
- Roll each truffle in sanding sugar to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week; freeze for up to three months separated by parchment paper.
