Description

A simple and comforting Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna packed with gooey cheese and savory meat, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef until crumbly. Drain excess fat and return to the skillet.
  2. Stir in pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; simmer for about five minutes.
  3. In a greased slow cooker, spread a layer of beef and sauce mixture on the bottom.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Top with half of the remaining beef sauce and half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  6. Repeat with the remaining ravioli, remaining beef sauce, and top with the remaining cheeses.
  7. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, until cheese is bubbling and golden.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

For extra flavor, consider adding vegetables like spinach or zucchini, or try a splash of red wine in the sauce.
